libffindex0-dev software package provides library for simple index/database for huge amounts of small files (development), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libffindex0-dev
libffindex0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libffindex0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libffindex0-dev *
You will get with libffindex0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
